SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing:

All products are printed on demand.

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days before shipment. Processing times may vary during periods of high order volume, holidays, or product availability.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or federal holidays.

Shipping Time:
Once processed, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the United States.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking:
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

 

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

IntentionalYOU Goods is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

Delays:
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or production volume.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • High seasonal volume

  • Customs processing

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

We will assist where possible but are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered.
